The non-profits you'll be helping
The National Menopause Foundation and the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation are shining a light on two often misunderstood health issues that affect not just women, but the people around them. From partners and children to friends and future caregivers, the ripple effects are real—and often overlooked. Raising awareness about menopause and bone health means clearing up confusion, breaking stigmas, and better supporting the people we love through every stage of life.

What exactly is a hackathon?
It's a dynamic hands-on event where you collaborate with others to develop creative, actionable solutions to real-world challenges, all within a set time frame.
Agenda
This virtual hackathon is split into two dynamic events—each with its own mix of networking, learning, and hands-on collaboration. To get the full experience (and to show up for your team), you’ll want to be at both.

Join solo or with your team
You know your stuff: With 5+ years in B2B marketing, you’ve seen the challenges—and you’re ready to bring your expertise to the table.
You’re eager to learn: Whether it’s new strategies, fresh perspectives, or hearing hot takes, you’re all about leveling up your marketing knowledge.
You’re a team player: You thrive in team settings, enjoy problem-solving, brainstorming, and collaborating.
You like to give back: Using your skills to help EmpowHERto have real impact in the world speaks to your inner philanthropist.
Whether you join by yourself or with your team, you'll experience an unmatched blend of peer-to-peer learning, team-building, philanthropy, and networking.
You need to join this virtual hackathon if:
Having a diversity of perspective, skills, and experience is what makes a hackathon so impactful.

The marketing challenge
Shifting buyer behavior
Develop a plan to engage buyers early in their research phase. Provide them with valuable, informative content that positions the organization as a thought leader and trusted resource.
Digital natives
Brand awareness
Create a solution that helps connect with digital-native buyers, removes friction and makes self-service buying easier and more engaging for them
Design a campaign that moves the target audience from unaware to emotionally and financially invested in the nonprofit's mission.
Wondering what the marketing challenge will be? We’re keeping it under wraps for now (that’s part of the fun!) , but here’s a peek at past hackathon challenges to get you inspired.
